Take Small Steps Now to Lose Weight & Get Healthy

- Don't deprive yourself during the holidays, just eat smaller portions.
- Walk briskly when your shopping. Look at full parking lots as an opportunity to exercise.
- Avoid crowded food courts. Bring healthy snacks with you.
- Drink more water.
- Brush your teeth more. (Who wants to ruin fresh breath by eating?)
- Have a support system to encourage you!
